🔌 General Use Guidelines

  • Indoor lights (e.g. table lamps, floor lamps):
    Keep away from damp areas unless specified as moisture-resistant. Use only with the correct voltage (as specified on the product label).

  • Outdoor lights:
    Ensure they are installed in covered or sheltered outdoor areas unless clearly labeled as fully waterproof (IP65 or above). Always disconnect power before installation or cleaning.

  • Bulbs:
    Use only compatible bulbs (wattage and base type). LED bulbs are recommended for energy efficiency and longer life. Do not exceed the maximum wattage listed on the lamp.

🧼 Cleaning Instructions

  • Turn off and unplug your lamp before cleaning.

  • Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe down metal, wood, or plastic surfaces.

  • For glass or acrylic lampshades, a lightly dampened cloth with water or mild soap can be used. Dry thoroughly after cleaning.

  • Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasives, or alcohol-based cleaners, as they can damage finishes or components.

💡 Lamp Shade Care

  • Dust fabric or paper shades regularly using a lint roller or feather duster.

  • For deeper cleaning, use a vacuum with a soft brush attachment on low suction.

  • Avoid getting fabric shades wet unless marked as washable.

🌦 Outdoor Lamp Maintenance

  • Regularly check for dirt, moisture build-up, or corrosion on outdoor lighting fixtures.

  • Clean with a dry or damp cloth (depending on finish), and remove leaves or debris from surrounding areas.

  • In extreme weather conditions (snow, storms, high humidity), consider temporary removal or protective covers to extend the lifespan.

  • Always follow the included installation manual or consult a qualified electrician if unsure.

  • Ensure the lamp is placed on a stable, level surface away from flammable materials.

  • Do not modify or alter the product. This voids warranty and may cause safety hazards.
